How much does a website, app or automation cost?
Every GHO Solutions project gets a fixed price, agreed after the free first call and written into the quote. The price depends on scope: how many pages or screens, which features and which systems need to be connected. I do not publish a price list, because two projects with the same label can differ a lot. If you later want more than the agreed scope, I quote the extra before doing it.
How long does a project take?
The timeline of a GHO Solutions project depends on its size and on how quickly content and feedback come in. A simple company website is usually finished well before an app with logins and a link to your accounting software. Each quote includes a schedule with stages, so you can plan around it, and you see interim results along the way.
Do you work in English?
Yes. I work in English and German, and you choose the language for calls, emails, quotes and documentation. International companies in Vienna often want to run the project in English while their website also needs a German version for Austrian customers. That works well, and I plan both languages into the site from the start.
What happens after launch?
After launch, I stay the contact for your website, app or automation. That covers hosting, security updates, small changes and new features when you need them. You will not need to find a new developer once the project is finished, because the person who built it is still the one you call.
Is my data handled in line with GDPR?
Data protection is part of the planning for every project. I host on Linux servers in the EU, collect only the data a feature actually needs and choose services with GDPR in mind. For AI automation, I explain which provider processes what before anything is set up. I am not a lawyer, so for your privacy policy itself I recommend legal advice.
Do you work with small businesses?
Yes. Small businesses, sole traders, practices and startups are welcome at GHO Solutions, and you speak directly with the developer rather than with an agency. A project does not have to be large. A clean website with online booking, or one automated office task, is a perfectly reasonable place to start.
Do we need to meet in person in Vienna?
Meeting in person is possible but not required. I am happy to meet in person in Vienna when it helps. Phone and video work well for most of a project, and that is also how I work with businesses elsewhere in Austria. You choose what suits you.
